Headquartered in Buffalo, NY with a remote national team, Verivend is a fast-growing fintech company that provides a purpose-built payments infrastructure for Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Investment Sponsors, known as “The Venmo of Private Capital.” Our Software-as-a-Service platform connects Investment Sponsors from any asset class with their Investors and takes the pain and manual processes out of raising capital and making distribution payments, in addition to supporting the end-to-end deal management process. Verivend is the only payments platform dedicated to supporting the private markets, which allows Investment Sponsors from any asset class and their Investors to painlessly, paperlessly, and effortlessly issue and receive capital calls and distributions from anywhere, on any device.
Summary
Verivend is looking for a Full-Time Financial Operations Analyst to serve as a key member of our team. In this role, you will partner directly with Company Leadership to support and grow our financial operations for our rapidly expanding customer base. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and a seamless experience across payments, reporting, and revenue operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and reconcile financial transactions across customer accounts and Verivend’s platform

Collaborate with banking partners to ensure timely and accurate fund transfers

Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable, including sending invoices and tracking payments

Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and customer payments

Support internal controls and financial process improvements to ensure accuracy and compliance

Assist with maintaining payment workflows for new and existing customers

Partner with sales and leadership teams to manage billing and collections processes
-
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for sales operations and revenue analytics
-
Perform data validation and entry for financial metrics across CRM and accounting systems

Support revenue operations tasks, including Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and pipeline forecasting

Identify trends and provide insights to improve cash flow and reduce receivables aging

Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product to resolve payment-related issues
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Finance, or Science-focused area preferred

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset

Comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and financial data
